Windows-8-1-with-bing-header
We took a few weeks in which weve talked a few times ofWindows 8.1 with Bing, a version that is designed for economical equipment and has no cost to manufacturers ofhardware. The ideal operating system for tablets because it can work with only1 GB of RAM and an internal storage is enough for 16 GB.
The only difference at first compared to the current version that is paid is that thisleads Bing as default search engine.Although they say that it can be changed without any problem.Currently manufacturers like Dell or HP changed the search engine they installed Windows on their computers instead of Google or get the other partner to have some agreement.
This will make if a manufacturer wants tosave paying the license to install Windows 8.1 Proopt for use with Windows 8.1 on their computers Bing. What is not so clear is that this savings for the manufacturer also see reflected in store for the consumer.
From June 3 held in Taiwan Computex 2014,expect to see low-cost devices from various manufacturersthat use this version of Windows. This can increase the market share of Windows 8.1 that it is not all good.
Currentlybetween Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 add up to a12.64% market share, percentage that Windows 8.1 is 6.35%.Windows 7 is best used with a 50.06% share and seems to continue to rise. The Modern UI interface not really like users who do not have computers with touch screen and they missed the classic menu.

Weeks ago has been speculating that the new terminal Nokia input range.First was the Evleaks itself through Twitter, who posted that the codename Nokia Rock is actually the Nokia Lumia 530. Also several weeks ago we discussed yourinternal namemay beRM-1027.A few days ago Evlekas returned to give a code name, in this case Nokia Rise, which would be the version of the Nokia Lumia 530 for the U.S. carrier T-Mobile.
Successor
In the filtered image can see that could be the Nokia Lumia 530, along with the other two terminals recently presented by Nokia. We can see that would have a design similar to theNokia Lumia 630, as their edges are more rounded. It will include physical navigation buttons back, home and search.Your screen would also be less than its big brother, goes 4 or 4.3 inches.Like the Nokia Lumia 520 will suffer from front camera.
At the top we see the Nokia logo is still maintained, so Microsoft will continue to use the badge for their upcoming Finnish terminals. The Nokia Lumia 530 may have 512 MB of RAM, despite criticism from many users on this feature in the Nokia Lumia 630. The South Korean electronics manufacturer, Samsung has launched its 2014 front runner smartphone in 125 countries around the world, planning to hit the 150 mark in coming days, including United States and in here, Saudi Arabia, where the company recorded another history in their launch day sale for the Galaxy S5 handsets. It is said by the sources, that Samsung was able beat its own previously set record of their predecessor and 2013 flagship, the Galaxy S4s sales by over 1.3 times more, this time.

Even though we dont have the exact numbers at the moment, it is read from the description of sales performance that Samsung Galaxy S5s sales in some European markets surpassed twice that of the Galaxy S4 models sales in its first day. Asus Zenfone 5 First Impressions

The Asus Zenfone 5 is a low-cost Android phone with a large screen. It may not be all that phones like the Samsung Galaxy S4 are, but it certainly seems to get you a lot for your money.

UK prices for the Zenfone 5 havent yet been announced, but as its set to sell for $200 without a contract in the US, this should prove to be one of the cheapest ways to get a 5-inch screen phone.

Asus Zenfone 5 – Design

As a relative newcomer to phones, its not surprising that Asus has kept the design of its new Zenfone mobiles pretty simple. The Zenfone 5 is a plastic phone with a single-piece plastic battery cover that comes in five different colours.

The one piece of Asus visual stamping is the texture of concentric circles that youll see under the screen. It feels a little light and basic compared with something like the HTC One, but the Zenfone 5 should sell for around half the price of our 2013 phone of the year.

It weighs 144g and is 10.3mm thick. Its light enough, but its not super slim. But again, superlatives are really not what the Asus Zenfone 5 is all about.

Asus Zenfone 5 – Screen and Specs

The screen too lives in a comfortable middle ground. Its five inches across and the resolution is 720p, where other high-end phones this size use 1080p displays. However, given the phones expected price were more than happy to live with 720p.

Its sharp and the IPS panel provides respectable image quality. Colour reproduction wasnt quite spot-on, but the phone may ship with Asus Splendid, an app that lets you fine-tune the colour temperature and saturation to your own tastes. Our demo model wasnt loaded with the final software so we cant be sure though.

The Asus Zenfone 5 is a mobile that has sprung from the strong relationship between Intel and Asus. It uses an Intel Atom processor, the dual-core 2GHz Z2580. Its a very capable processor for a budget phone like this.

Asus boasted during the launch of the phone that it could outperform virtually every mobile processor seen in an Android phone. Our experience has been Intel Atom chips are often a little poorer with tasks in which power matters – mostly gaming – due to relative lack of optimisation on the developers side. However, things like the Zenfone range are out to change that. And the raw power youre getting means the Zenfone 5 is a bit of a bargain.

Asus says the phone will have 4GB, 8GB or 16GB, but this will depend on the demands of the market in question. An 8GB or 16GB model seems likely for the UK. Asus Zenfone 5 1

Asus Zenfone 5 – Cameras

The Zenfone 5 does pretty well in the camera department too. It has an 8-megapixel main camera with a fast f/2.0 lens. This is a great start, but when camera performance relies so much on things like shutter lag and the software image engine, were not going to praise the phone too much yet. Well wait for the final review unit.

The main camera does have a LED flash, though, and theres a 2-megapixel front camera for selfies and video chat.

Asus Zenfone 5 – Software

One thing that could trip this phone up is software. We saw the phone running a largely vanilla version of Android 4.3, but itll launch with a new custom ZenUI. Although it promises plenty of extra features, including a rather interesting camera one that groups sensor pixels in low light to improve performance (i.e. it reduces resolution), it could result in a phone with more lag than wed hope.

Few custom UIs get their navigation completely right too, and Asus hardly has the most experience in the market in this field.
